During the early design stages of the K-8 liners we thought about adopting the same no compromise approach to create the ultimate motorcycle jean. We therefore fully lined the jean with a jersey para-aramid and added the tried and tested knitted para-aramid to the main crash points. This means there is a double layer of protection on the knees, seat, hips and thighs. Both the jersey and the knitted para-aramid are very soft, comfortable and fully breathable, it is also machine washable and able to be tumble-dried. The knitted para-aramid has been used for many years by our sister company Hood Jeans and has been proven to provide excellent protection against abrasion.
The jean features large front and back pockets; it also has a phone pocket on one side and a small fob pocket on the front. The phone pocket has a flap with a Velcro fastening. The right hand (when worn) back pocket also has a Velcro fastening for extra security while the left hand back pocket is left as normal for easier access
The Kyrano Jean is finished to a 19 inch hem. The inside leg can be altered to any length between 31 to 36 inches at no extra cost. There is a £3.99 charge for any length under a 31 inch inside leg. As the para-aramid starts at the 31 inch mark any length under this takes more work / time to alter the length and the charge covers this cost.
