Delivery time and Exchange policy for UK orders

Delivery time - If the jeans are in stock delivery time is around 7 working days. This time will be confirmed with the order acknowledgement e-mail.

Exchange / Refund Policy - All we ask is you return the jeans to us within 14 days; we will then exchange for another size or refund in full the original invoice. This means it costs us both a little for the P&P if an exchange / refund is needed.

Orders placed outside of Europe

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. As the products are to be sent out of Europe you do not pay UK VAT (Value Added Tax) on the price of your order. Please subtract 20% when calculating the cost of your order. (This will be done for you automatically when you pay for your order at the checkout).

The recipient is responsible for the payment of any tax or import duty that is applied locally. The exchange rate between the UK Pound and your local currency will be determined by your credit card company.

This information can usually be found on your credit card company’s website. We do not refund the shipping part of the cost if the jeans are returned.
